WHAT IS A MENTAL HEALTH & PERFORMANCE COACH?

As a Mental Health and Performance Coach, I help people bridge the gap between emotional well-being and high performance. My work combines psychology, mindset coaching, and a holistic approach to help clients overcome emotional blocks, reduce burnout, and reconnect with their power — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Unlike traditional therapy or fitness coaching, this is a full-spectrum transformation process. I guide my clients to create real change that lasts — not just temporary motivation, but long-term clarity, confidence, and emotional strength.

BIOGRAPHY

My name is Ahmed Elfalahgy. I was born and raised in Qatar and now live and coach in Leuven, Belgium. My path into this work came from real pain — growing up in a home affected by trauma, addiction, and silence. I lost a close friend to suicide, and for years, I carried the weight of emotional numbness, confusion, and burnout.

With a background in business development and formal training as a Sport Psychology Specialist and Emotional Coach, I combine academic knowledge with real-world insight. While my education laid the foundation, it’s through lived experience — rebuilding myself, reclaiming my energy, and pursuing a life of purpose — that I’ve truly learned how to support others.

I founded the FORLEUVEN Holistic Club to help others do the same. It’s more than a brand — it’s a movement rooted in healing, strength, and purpose. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, process your emotions, and move toward a life you truly choose.
